  1. These programs are a help for users who like working in the Command Prompt.

  3. SHUTDOWN.EXE   Shuts down Windows 95
  4. RESTART.EXE    Restarts Windows 95
  5. REBOOT.EXE     Shuts down Windows 95 and reboots.
  6.  
  7. The programs are Freeware. You may copy and use them in every way you
  8. like.
  9.  
  10. Exception: People who work for, or support in whatever way, the French
  11.            government are not allowed to use any of the programs.
  12.            (Unless, of course, they stop their atomic bomb tests :> ).
